The SVI2 AP (Smart Valve Interface, Advanced Performance) is a 32-bit microprocessor digital valve positioner with a local interface designed to control a pneumatic actuator using a two-wire 4-20mA control signal. This instrument provides an improved performance by offering bi-directional communication using the HART protocol.
The SVI2 AP digital valve positioner has a universal design that makes it easy to retrofit in place of existing analog positioners on Masoneilan or non-Masoneilan pneumatic actuators, regardless of whether they are single or double-acting. With the Masoneilan SVI™ II AP, users can efficiently operate their pneumatic actuators even in the most challenging situations.
